Please don't let this be a trend for 2014... Resort collections bare all, the midriff is back

I was pouring over the Resort collection images in search of fashion week inspiration and I notice one very disturbing little trend arising... the bare midriff.  Popular in the late 90's and early 2000, this trend haunted women worldwide.  Why must be put our bellies out in the open for all to see (judge)?  Time to cut the sugar and start doing sit ups, these fashion powerhouses make the rules and I fear this trend could soon become a reality.

2013 Trend alert - WHITE SHOES and where to get them now

I am seeing white shoes at every runway show and on every blogger/fashionista attending the shows.  Even during Melbourne Spring Fashion Week last year we saw white silver capped toe pumps by Wittner on a number of the runways.

During our recent campaign hero shoot for Fashion Week it was obvious what the colours of the season would be.  Black and white.  White shoes dominated the stylist's table.

White shoes, which I am sure have not been popular since my high school formal, are coming back with a vengeance.  The fresh pop of crisp white below your ankle will instantly update your look and can also help break up an all black ensemble.
